We are Tara Arrowood and Martin Meyer, a friendly and passionate people photographer and videographer based in the San Francisco Bay Area, stretching to Napa, Sonoma, Monterey, Carmel and beyond.
Tara Arrowood | Producer, Photographer & Videographer
Tara Arrowood is a Bay Area-based photographer and digital artist specializing in capturing the essence of people. From stunning portraits and dynamic events to captivating headshots and mouthwatering food and wine imagery, she creates visual stories for an impressive clientele.
Tara's mother was an artist, while her father was an engineer. Having completed an engineering degree in 1993, Tara found herself searching for a career that would satisfy both her creative and analytical sides. Born in Pennsylvania, she relocated to San Francisco in 1993 and began assisting an event and wedding photographer in 1999. By 2004, she took the leap to pursue photography full-time, discovering it to be the ideal blend of technical skill and artistic expression.
Tara calls the beach town of El Granada, California home, where she shares her life with her husband and three French Bulldogs. Beyond the lens, Tara can often be found capturing the beauty of horse ranches or embarking on family adventures in their Airstream.
Martin Meyer | Videographer
Martin Meyer is a seasoned filmmaker with a unique blend of European artistry and American drive. After honing his craft with an MFA, he transitioned from the vibrant energy of New York City to the creative hub of Oakland.
With equal mastery behind the camera and in the editing suite, Martin has a keen eye for capturing the essence of the world around him and transforming it into compelling visual narratives. He offers a full suite of production services, either independently or with his trusted team, tailored to the specific needs of each project.When not immersed in the world of film, Martin enjoys the simple pleasures of home life with his wife Claire and their fur sons, Finn and Clement.

Since then, she has photographed over 1000 events worldwide, collaborating with industry giants like Meta, YouTube, and Google. Her portfolio showcases a diverse range of events, from high-energy corporate conferences to intimate family portraits.
Martin, with an MFA in filmmaking, brings a blend of European artistry and American drive to his work. After honing his craft in New York City, he found his creative home in Oakland. His expertise extends beyond camera operation to the editing suite, allowing him to transform raw footage into compelling narratives.
Together, Tara and Martin offer a comprehensive range of services, from photography and videography to full-scale production. Their passion for capturing human connection and their dedication to crafting exceptional visuals make them the ideal partners for any project.
